so here’s the steps to follow to stop being mental over stimulated: 

  1. stop using smart phones after 9:30 pm
  2. wake up  early in the morning and meditate 
  3. journaling your idea help you clarify your goals
  4. stays physically active like walking ,exercise
  5. spend time Alon with your self
  6. don’t use social media more than necessary (like not more than 2 hr.)
